1. Returns Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization:
    Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a tracked service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

  4. Inspection:
    Once we receive the returned item(s), they will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. The product must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


2. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping fees.
  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., the item shows signs of wear or damage), we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).


3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other exceptions. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired product.


5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@poshupciteino.com with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.


6. Late Returns

If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund. Please ensure that you initiate the return process within the 30-day window to avoid any issues.


7. Customer Responsibility

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product is defective or we made an error with the order.
  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with tags still attached.
